Here at Your Tribe Pilates, we provide safe and supportive low-impact exercises on a mat, with a focus on breath, strength, spine health, flexibility, posture and balance.
​
We offer mat Pilates classes in Montmorency and online, for people who enjoy welcoming, no pressure, whole body workouts.
We have a variety of class styles, including classes specifically for pregnant and postnatal women.

All of our classes can be modified to suit your needs, and best of all, babies and children are welcome to come along to any class.

MOVE your BODy AND CLEAR your MIND
Our fun and friendly classes are held in a lovely hall in the leafy suburb of Montmorency, Victoria, very close to Eltham, Greensborough and Lower Plenty.
When the sun shines, we also have outdoor classes!

During our classes you can expect:

A series of slow, controlled movements on the mat

A low-impact whole body workout that will build strength and flexibility

Use of small equipment such as weights, bands or balls for extra resistance

Lots of deep breathing and mindful movement

You will notice incredible changes with just two or three Pilates classes a week, including:
