Our ultimate Pilates class for everyone, suitable for all levels of fitness with lots of variations offered to suit your needs. Challenge every muscle, build core strength, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. Pilates will leave you feeling balanced in body and mind. Babies and preschool children are welcome.
